Calvary Chapel Bible College was founded by Pastor Chuck Smith in 1975 as a short, intensive study program as a part of Calvary Chapel of Costa Mesa’s overall vision to equip the people of God for His service.

Over the years, the ministry of the late Pastor Chuck has grown and has developed, through God’s provision, to provide a place where serious and committed Christians can learn of God and draw close to Jesus.

Under the direction and vision of Pastor Raul Ries, Calvary Chapel Bible School was founded in 1982. Now called Calvary Chapel Golden Springs Bible College, God has continued to multiply the work, and our Bible College has grown so much that now we have been approved to provide our own degrees and certificate program.

Since our inception, various international campuses have come out of CCGS Bible College throughout the years, from Santiago Chile, to El Secreto Colombia. God has blessed our campus through His provision and bringing students, hungry to learn more about Him and His Word.

Today, we desire to continue the work that Pastor Chuck Smith had envisioned, helping students draw closer to the knowledge of God’s Word and equipping them for the work of the ministry.
